  • Magazine seller

Was in Terenure Dublin yesterday, bought a magazine off a street vendor, it was 3 Euro, I had no change and handed him 5 Euro note, he took some copper coins out of his pocket and gestured he had not enough change to give me , I stupidly let him keep the money, I crossed the road to get the bus , and watched him idly. A lady came up to him dropped coins in his hand and took her magazine, then an elderly man came out of the shop and bought one, handed him a fiver and the same thing that happened to me , "no change" . That might have been the elderly man's milk money, it was clear theft, never again will I be sucked in, he used to sit outside Rosemont butchers in Ballyroan .
