I never made the grade though I enquired at St Kevin's Harrington Street, I was told they had enough to try again later. Of course the had the pick of all the cannery boys next door in Synge Street..... Anyway my two lads did it here at our local catholic church, which is on the corner of our avenue only 20 paces from my door.....a sort of village church....and very nice too so it is.
        Does it give you a ''warn feeling''.....

        My three kids were never interested in the ''God stuff''....I have no idea what they learned about it at school.....

        Though I did occasionally have a Pint and a chat with our local pot-smoking Village Vicar......And I did occasionally clean up the Village War-Memorial which was in the Church grounds.....
