Barring any paedo behaviour.......Should what individual charity workers do in their spare time affect the charity as an organization.

The answer to this is obviously ‘no”, but if they use donated money or aid goods, intended for victims,to barter for sex,then that would be another matter. If exploitation of venerable people is involved,then yes,it would affect the mission and the organisation.
