Well Dublin was lucky to be honest, but my mum's golf club in Rathcoole was closed so she couldn't go golfing this am. II wouldn't be surprised if it turned out like the snow we got last month - there in the morning but none later.

To ensure the thread is on topic:

Noel Rock the TD for our area pushed for the timetable review on route 140 & same for the no 9 route. This is to alleviate overcrowding. He has announced the new 40L bus link will commence from Tyrellstown to broombridge linking with the LuasCrossCity soon. He intends to increase the frequency on route 83 & campaign for the luas green line to be expanded into Finglas. I saw 2 140's one after the other this morning. Like a bunch of bananas they were! ! Same with the LUAS! !

LOL...I lived near a lad who drove to the local pub every night....lived thirty yards from the pub which was at the back of his house....a little pathway he could use making the Pub fifty yards away was ignored.....he drove, it was about two hundred yards by car....

He played football regular for the local team, they trained two evenings a week.....The recreation ground was about 150 yards from the Pub but when he finished training he went home, got his car and drove to the Pub...

Yeah Mam's golf club is Beech Park. In December we attended a kids Xmas party there and whilst there was no snow in Dublin, there was some in Rathcoole that day. It made the atmosphere all the more Christmassy LOL.
