    In the delay of hospitals admitting liability , there have been many , probably a few already this year .

    Lady of Lourdes , new born baby dies [ negligence ] June 2012 , admits liability Nov 2017 .

    Shocking, the poor child had his skull fractured and other injuries. What kind of gobshite is that rough. They could have done a C section. Incredible

          I've heard it mentioned that it's the insurance company that tells them to keep stump until the last moment .......how true or not ? ...... but, if that being the case ......

            It is not unusual for insurance policies to state that you not admit liability.....

                It's the same old story with insurance companies.They love to take the premiums.but never want to assume responsibility.

                  OK in some circumstances , but in a case such as this .... to drag it out and knowing the trauma it must cause the parents , heartless is an understatement .
